1. Personal voice: this blog is an extension of Lourdes, since she use her personal touch to create and share the information.
2. Rapid response time: I haven't check this point yet, but I'm sure she will answer right away.
3. Ability to link so that readers can verify the facts behind a blogpost: all her information can be checked in Internet. In fact, she shares a lot of links where we can find interesting information.
